ASM under the initial framework agreement, we’re to supply all the NdPr to the entity established by the consortium on an exclusive basis. I have no idea if this is still the plan with the consortium, but given they were involved in a capital raise at $8.90 earlier in the year, but no sign of them on this latest capital raise make me wonder. Given they amended the terms of the framework agreement, as they realised they didn’t have all the expertise makes you wonder if they should have penned this agreement at all, as they may have shot themselves in the foot. So many questions, and very few answers.
