The IMARC 2022 Conference Presentation States that the target regarding HEC commencing EPCD work is 2nd half of 2023. Given the contract was awarded at the beginning of June, and has a one year duration, it looks like management is planning on issuing the NTP at the last minute. My guess is management are hoping to secure enough offtakes from KMP to be able to pay HEC without another CR, but given their disappointing performance to date, I'm not confident they'll be successful.
