It could be as simple as dropping the supply chain outside of China strategy with offtakes from Dubbo. Okay I get rare earths but why the entire mix.
Did HEC identify something with assay testing done to new flowsheet that increases cost? Speculating ony. I mean didn't they provide some input into the new modified flowsheet. Can management from now on refer to profitibility of Dubbo and not revenue. Words matter.
@RiskArb how much further advanced are the Chinese at processing a complex polymetallic ore body than the rest of the world. Are you still around?
