I guess I am pretty happy with the what the funds will be used for.
Not sure about spending money on the early works though, couldn’t that money go towards the EPCD? Still unclear on why the EPCD has been pushed back until mid next year at a minimum, Which item is on the critical path early works for Dubbo or the EPCD? We will have around $80m - $90m available now so it will be interesting to see what happens from here.
I was getting the feeling Dubbo was being put on the back burner but with Rowena so active at meetings/events etc regarding Dubbo this is obviously not the case!
