the problem is ASM is majority owned by the gandels. it's a blessing and a curse. he runs it like he's the sole owner with a 100 year timeline for his kids to inherit the project (even done his estate planning). the rest of us shareholders are just kept in the dark and have to go along with whatever his grand plan is.
