in terms of EPCD, I think HEC simply cannot do anything meaningful without having Mod-1 SSD approved. We just have to wait for that to be approved (or rejected). ASM says they think a response will be provided by the end of the year but they have no control over it. Also, now that Dubbo is delayed minimum till 2027, offtake agreements are also delayed. No business would sign a binding agreement from now for the next 5 years especially when the project is delayed over and over again.

Overall, I think we are screwed for a while unless the KMP starts to printing money.

Can somebody please explain why MOD-1 would have a material impact on why HEC could not progress?

I read this alot, however, nobody here has been able to state what in MOD-1 would be material enough for HEC to proceed with the FEED.
