thanks, I am familiar with the NSW website where I can track the project I just did not know there was another Gov approval pending. Reading from ASM presos it says Dubbo is shovel ready as all major approvals are in place. I guess they can say this is not major approval.

Surely, any outstanding permission that prevents the operation from going ahead is a major approval.

I thought they were supplying dubbo material to the pilot plant for testing in the early stages. Maybe i am wrong there but i thought i remembered them saying they were producing enough to test in the pilot plant.

Yes, I thought I read that Dubbo material was being sent/has been sent to Korea too.
