everyone is quick to forget that they will sign their annual accounts within the next month and to satisfy going concern, they will need to prove up cashflow for atleast another 12 months from signing. this includes the risk that they will or will not get an offtake and finance. I believe that the accounts will also be signed before the offtake agreement will be announced (historically around the 15th September). Stop reading between the lines, this is just a formality.
