I find this a bit baffling.
Why would Regal/Shaw take an additional 7.8 mil shares @ 7.7c, when they can pickup that amount plus more @7c.
Regal wouldn't take such a risk unless they new something that we don't.
108 Million shares or approx 10% is a sizable parcel in anybody's language ( A good starting stake )
Interesting to hear the likes of Mas37, Slider and HairyLemonpies take of all this.
