They are talking about a product they can't deliver or two years. Why doesn't that surprise me. A bit like APC talking up premium products but giving no indication of the sales breakdown leaving investors to possibly think that most sales are going to the premium end of the market.
Yet another example of the potential returns looking better than they may be.
