re: Ann: Institutional Placement to Raise $8 ... This should clear up questions of funding for the near to medium term. Would have been nice if it had been done for 35c, but I won't quibble over 3c.

What was particularily encouraging, and unexpected, was Gene Wusaty, kicking in some $320k of his own money to buy an additional 1m shares. This would make his total $ investment to date is close to $500k so far. Details to be confirmed (via seperate notice) that he paid the full price, but from the wording of the release this appears to be the case.
