This is structured around the August options.
Why can't we find the investor on Google? I don't call them an institutional investor. Would like to talk to ATC.
I read them as a typical US discount finance financier and they get an option to invest at the lowest recent price as described? for what it is it's well structured but it's risky.
On the up side, if the management team get things going and a decent share price, it could work. I fear it reads better than it is.
