Yeah very interesting. From what I can tell they are going to receive shares based on a price of 30c? But then they get a % extra on total spent (i.e. $5.3m worth for $5m). Does this mean they are effectively paying 28c a share?
If so, I think these are very good terms for the company given today's share price. Although a little sad that it's being done before a gerdau announcent is made, maybe indicating it's not happening any time soon...
