How was there not a trading halt for this? I shouldn't complain, I immediately liquidated on the news and now only hold options.
The fact they went for $5M + 3M is concerning, at this point they must have almost zero hope of options being exercised in less than 3 months. If they truly believed they were going to have cash flowing in from options I don't think they would have raised as much.
Anyway, with only August options remaining it looks like my time with FGR has come to an end. I hope they can turn it all around and reward the long term holders even if I'm no longer one of them.
I'll be around but probably no more comments from me unless FGR pulls a miracle with options.
