    the cap raising price is 23 cents, if you go through the 'Proposed issue of Securities - FGR'
    announcement and subtract from the initial 26,864,754 shares, 1 021 276 and 2 800 000 shares ( both of theses are non cash payments )
    and multiply the number by 23 cents it equals the $5 300 000 stated as the sum raised
