Dont worry about the big money as that will come when the project builds.
The two instos are a great start and i wonder which one it is out of London? I know of Appian, Greenstone or Blackrock. Anyone of those will do the trick. They certainly have billions behind them. These sorts of players can get their toe in the water and stick around over time. I reckon that is a hell of an achievement for a junior and sets the stage moving forward. This project has some real merit. dyor
