And that hasn't not happened yet either. Both are possibilities. We are speculating, so at this point its impossible to make any judgement.

Everything that Jeff has said he will do to me he has done, and I can only judge him how I find him.

He went in for a decent sized con note and he didn't have to do that.

If he doesn't convert it then we will need to have a hard discussion with him at that time.

Jeff is an employee of our business and hopefully he sees reason enough to increase his share of equity in the business but we cant force it upon him. I have been involved in many successful businesses where management have rarely used their own cash to buy shares. Jeff has participated in the past and I can only hope he continues to do so.

I know there are a lot of unhappy holders at the moment and sometimes when this occurs, any opinion or posts will just get dissected or over analysed.

I might take a little break to let those that need to vent, space to vent.

I will say that I do know where much of this buying is coming from, and I do believe that management have more friends now than they ever have...even though many are feeling upset by this recent news.
