The wholesale placement will represent 15% of issued capital if taken up and therefore does not require unitholder approval.
The announcement states they are also considering the possible implementation of an Interest Purchase Plan (IPP). This sounds a bit rubbery to me and may be dependent on target placement of 30.9M units being filled.
