    As you know, it's normal for share placements to happen at a discount to market. I'm not sure what the market price was when the spp was set ... well below 40c I'd say.

    I think the stock rose today because, firstly, the company now has more operating capital with which to move forward; and secondly, Sentient Group (who are no fools) increased their holding, which is a good vote of confidence in the SA project.
