I talked to the Company Secretary yesterday as I was keen to participate. Whilst he wouldn't tell me who the institution was he did tell me it wasn't Sprott.
The reason I asked this question is that I know that the Sprott head geo visited Boundiali very recently and whilst he said it was 'as flat as a pancake' and there was nothing to see (in terms of outcrops) he said that it looked very interesting and there were good soil-anomalies outside of the Antoinette area worthy of follow up.
Whilst I am in no way comparing AOP to CDV at this stage, it is worth noting that smart investors are looking at AOP and there is good evidence that they like what they see (e.g. NCM exercise of option, Sprott's view, now this Nth American institutional holder).
