The meeting will be in Sydney so doubt I will attend. I think I will vote yes and just pocket the profits, if the directors felt they could extract higher bids or the future was brighter on their own they would take this path I feel. Never know what is around the corner either, I can respect NO vote however. And I am not yet fully decided, may even ring the company to ask a few questions once the details come out.
