judging by the way Pat is behaving, the "something super great" is a merger...(he's also delayed hiring a new CEO) - we don't look like an attractive takeover target with the risks outlined in the announcement imo - on different value metrics it is undervalued but looks too risky imo for anyone unless its a low ball ridiculous offer
