    For reference IVP6, the current hydroxide market price is USD $21k per tonne, 26% above the USD $17k per tonne assumed in the scoping study. Based on the current price that gives the San Jose project a NPV of over AUD $1.5B.

    IMO the main positive from today's announcement isn't rehashing the great economics of the project, it is the optionality that comes with a fully underground mine being viable. This means that regardless of the upcoming court decision there is likely a path forward for the project.
