It appears Fred Bart is a bit soft.
Any other CEO on a tight timetable would have demanded his team to return to work urgently and to have a timetable on his desk by 'X' date. By all means have your holidays but after the speaker is demoed.
Take a leaf out of Elon Musk's book Fred, he demands double shifts (no weekends or holidays) from his team to meet his deadlines.
