Ann: Integration Stage Update, page-125

Hi everyone, just found this company and rather taken aback by its current SP. I'd be interested if anyone can give me a logical reason as to why this isn't trading at $0.16 instead of around $16.00, based on the poor financials, lack of a demo product, auditor's qualifying remarks, con notes, relatively substantial corporate and management expenses, and chequered history.

Great potential and all that, but nothing here that remotely justifies its current SP from my point of view, until there's a proven product out there at the very least.
