    Fred's credit note will need to be extended, or another CR to cover it (and ongoing future of AP). I suspect there will be "good-ish news" in 4 weeks, followed by a CR (following the good-ish news to improve everyone's attitude towards AP), smash 'em with a CR, then more bad news afterward.
