I've been saying for well over a year that the key to TNT's success is making all their LOB's from their integrations sing from the same songbook. That is how you solve the cyber security problem facing all Australian enterprises in the mid-market and above sector.

You solve the cyber problem by linking the different practices and skill sets together from each of the acquisitions. Cross-selling and up-selling sounds so easy, but it's very challenging.

Appointing a Group CFO and a Head of Synergies is yet another step forward in the direction.

It's also a great sign of improved financial strength that TNT could afford these two experienced hires.

It's exciting.
