Agree with you both. This update is heavy on jargon and light on meaningful content, in my mind.

There is no mention of how this partnership is financially beneficial that I can tell, except for the short line “InteliCare will market this capability as a new product stream to unlock additional revenue”. Does this mean ICR receives a cut of any smart wearable that’s upsold to clients? Or is it a non-monetary “mutual benefit” type agreement, where we endorse their product(s) for our client, and they give us access to the amalgamated patient health data?

Having the capacity to incorporate wearable/other home health tech into the InteliCare system makes sense, and allows expansion of the potential client base. Each client may have different (and evolving) needs. I would just like more transparency on the nature of this partnership.

Side note, RPM = remote patient monitoring, for anyone else wondering. Couldn’t find where they defined it, but I might’ve missed it.
