Not defending the pollies by any means, but different jurisdictions. Federal Department of Finance negotiated and settled the claim you identified. In any case, not a good look. Like it or not, gambling and SGR especially on the outer with the State Govts (NSW & Qld), could not be trusted with a valuable license, and still not tuned in to reality. Why are SGR Boards so moribund.
