Why would I donate my shares to these guys. I can sell on the market last week for 1 pip less than their offer. I will take my chances with the company. This is small cap exploration space and you have taken a risk to gain decent profit. If they offered double the offer price I would have spent some time to evaluate it.
you can. Sell your shares but most of the shareholders including myself will not sell a single share to this mob at this price
