    I like this bolt on acquisition as security is important in the new age of data.

    Hmmm I am trying to understand this deal structure though.

    Maximum 300M shares to be issued. What if during DD, BUD rises to 20c for example. Do we end up paying $60M instead of $30M for Zentri?

    Should it not be we will pay $30M maximum based on financial performance. Payment will be via shares.
