So far, my take on this letter of intent issue is that you think Avenira, an ASX-listed company involved in negotiations with the NT government aimed at advancing a non-binding MOU signed by both parties and Alees, has now come out and publicly announced, falsely, that the NT government has sent them written notice informing AEV that they would issue the company a mineral license. Of course, this is all just normal behaviour by the AEV board and there would be no negative ramifications; the NT government would just laugh it off and say, 'Oh, those crazy guys over there, always saying crazy stuff'.

Yes, that sounds like a perfectly reasonable proposition put forward by you on the matter.
