you would think that this could actually work considering its going to be possibly the end of october before the prospectus is lodged and would probably be close to mid november before the issue closes which by then the gas plant should be up and running and stage 2 should be on its way with hopefully more wells completed. WHN's right issue at 4 cents hasnt really harmed it much at the moment except with maybe stopping it getting and staying over 10 cents
