I think a 1:10 pretty much hits the nail on the head.

I know we all value the lithium well over $100m,
but to keep it round, using that as a base with a 1:10, 81m existing holders free handouts , 19m new holders,

$1 per share value, there is valuing the asset at $81m with $19m in the bank.... completely understand what we all believe it’s value is. (Seeing how big this could be?)

very basic way of looking at it but shows possibilities.

things to consider, I think FFX will look to be majority holder in the new company, so it may open with 3 parts, FFX, existing share holders and new bought shares/ holders.

theres probably more value to be had if they can announce a JV or similar before the spin off.

to be honest, I have never experienced a spin off so find it hard to value.
