I reckon 1:4 shares for the new entity would be a good number for the spin off myself. 200 mill shares for FFX holders.
Obviously the new partner and other investors to get a bunch depending on their input.

The other African mob reckon they'll manage development with only 30% equity finance. Let's call that BS for starters and say 40% equity and 60% debt finance is possible. So maybe we need partner to chuck in say $100 million for capex. What % of the project do we give them for that I wonder?
Lets hope BB is involved in that deal process and sees every $ given away as his own.
