    I meant to say

    The new shareholders in lithium coy (basically the FFX shareholders) will be given the first right to buy more shares (pro-rata) through the prospectus (maybe 20- 30%). An amount will be allocated to the underwriters/brokers for sops/insto's and the retail public.

    Maybe some free options attached say 1 for 10
