    The best strategy was to spin it out and hopefully monetize it quickly. There will be no retail millionaires from this spin out. With Gina Rhinehart taking a cornerstone position in VUL, and RIO progressing Jadar with EU govt. support, the window for African Spod in EU has essentially closed. If it is not entirely closed, any negotiating position has been weakened substantially.
