Demergers to extract value have mostly been very successful. See Wesfarmers demerger splitting out Coles. Almost 2x on a blue chip. Imagine how much value we’d get from this hugely undervalued FFX stock? Each ordinary stock you hold right now is worth >$1.50 at the very least.
