    We need some clarification on the listed options.
    They are attached to FFX which owns Gold and Lithium. It would be a reduction in the worth of the option to spin off the Lithium without including an option to buy in the new company.
    Wonder whether its just easier to pay them out?
    Wait for clarification i guess.
