Reset Mind Sciences Ltd
Demerger to be undertaken via pro-rata, in-specie distribution of 100% of
Reset securities to eligible LGP shareholders who afterwards will hold
separate shareholdings in LGP and Reset
Intention to also offer eligible Reset shareholders the opportunity to
participate in entitlement offer to fund Reset operations
