The placement was 27% below so clearly they had to wait for the price to drop a little before making it official. Hence the 19th date. Very sporting of management IMHO.

Seems very valid to me.

AND they have enough funds to finish trial and open label extension with the SPP funds. This is a fact.

Other funding sources:
R & D rebate will come in later this year
Possible options exercise Dec 23
Possible licensing deal

The difference between this raise and the last one is night and day. Who do you believe might have managed this process internally? All the current management (save for AF and the new CEO) were present for the last round. Just trying to understand who has brought the good commercial acumen. While CG is clearly very commercial, I imagine her previous role as CMO at CSL may have meant her involvement with funding exercises might have been limited
