Shareholder dilution is happening but the company's value won't be $15m. The company will still be valued at the same-ish price after the raise.

Shares available prior to raise 669.3 million x 5.4 cents (= $36.81m value today)

THEN we add:
Capital raise 167 million shares = $8.35m more cash in the bank
SPP 30 million shares = $1.5m more cash in the bank

Total shares available after 866.3 x 5 cents = $43,331,500 value
Total shares available after 866.3 x 5.4 cents (today's price) = $46.78m value

The dilution effects our end payday as well as the payout is distributed to more. Similar to when I win Powerball - hopefully I will be the sole winner instead of being one of several division one winners.
