    The market also thought the previous deal on gaining control of CBX was a dud. But apparently the market is now appreciating that deal.

    My point is
    - If the deal goes through, MTE & CBX becomes one company. We could have a better diversified portfolio with less admin cost (on saving of $500k a year if CBX is delisted & we may save some payroll cost on combining the 2 teams). On top of that, we could allocate our money to hot commodities. Currently our cash is sitting in the bank , eating dust

    - If the deal doesn't go through, our SP still needs to be leveraged with CBX's share price performance. Without dip of CBX's MC, why should we drop.

    So with or without this intention of gaining full control of CBX, we shouldn't drop on this news. I think it's just some small traders want to move on to the next target. SP should stabilized around 4.3c or even higher IMO.
