    Is there a common theme here? Two dud deals? There are not 2 teams at both companies. Only 2 FTEs at MTE and a bean counter as Acting CEO at CBX. The combined company will have more Board members than staff (another common theme). All the recent good work in getting the SP up has evaporated quickly. But as you say Orion, one day is not a true indicator so the SP may stabilise again
