    Makes sense that both companys merge. For a dud deal I would like to pull 5 baggers like that all the time. Who has who on the bauxite deal CBX dont have enuff funds MTE have some pull with their partners. Thinking something is in the process of being stiched they just have tie up the lose ends of the merge between the two.
