What is so far fact, there is no PFS under Edwards.

I've looked over this low ball offer. There might be a play of words later and the full .6c may not be paid arguably that obligations were not met.. So it remains .3c

But .3c selling 20% of all holders units off to remove the current directors and appoint new ones (who the F are they??) don't know.. But the ones we have atm have promised a PFS for many years now, promised drilling, lost tenements, but they have ensured they've been paid.

I don't know who the new directors will be. Mystery Box. But for the little that's been done for so long I think I'll vote yes unless a better offer shows between now and then.
