they can't force you to sell, they are merely offering to buy.
You have to decide if you are better of bagging the 7 cents now, or holding on until GCR can develop Copper Hill - if that is possible.
I suspect GCR Mgt will reject the offer as insufficient and opportunistic! They will try to convince shareholders to stick it out for greater value once CH is up and running but they are going to have a hard time of it, especially considering the long and torturous history of GCR.....
