I believe there is some potential in the company itself in the future, with its current plans. But the changes in the Indonesia materials industry with regards to foreign entity ownership, export on raw materials/dso and the need to upscale and refine to maintain a contract may make it difficult to actualise any real potential. More-so if the refinery doesn't roll out.
