"There is absolutely something going on here. Everything is so volitial and this stays basically right on $2.75. Just look at it's one year chart. Up and down and then past month flat. Absolutely something is up!"

Well, there is an offer for the company, which clearly places a floor underneath the price stock (well, for as long as that bid remains in place) and clearly the trading conditions for the business are challenging, meaning it would be a lot lower if it wasn't for the offer; so there is nothing to make it go higher.

So, the stock being stuck in its tight range makes perfect sense to me.
