Full on price manipulation going on IMO.
The bidder or their coherts have a bid in there at $2.74, moved it up from $2.73, however, they are trying to tree shake by piling sell orders on just above.
Management happy to be in their paid position for now, I wonder whether a counter offer will be submitted to market by a competitor.
